Fees
At Aerenson Mediation Group, most professional services are billed at an hourly rate. However, we offer flat fee arrangements for specific cases, particularly Small Claims Court matters. Costs are determined by the complexity of the dispute and necessary preparation. To ensure full transparency, every client receives a comprehensive written fee agreement to review and sign before we proceed with any formal mediation sessions.
